The Christmas season is upon us! What better way to spread holiday cheer but with festive balloon decor from MelRhea Balloon Creations! We recently did just that for Kentucky Oaks Mall's Grand Reopening Celebration. Classic decor graced the stage where the ribbon cutting and entertainment was held. We also did some fun and festive pink zebra print arrangements for the celebrity appearance stage that coordinated with feather decor by Occasions Unlimited. Big, beautiful balloons surrounded CeCe (Bella Thorne) from Disney's Shake It Up while she signed autographs for her eager fans.
